You now have several options to receive your medication.
Collection
You can attend personally or send a representative to pick up your medications from the reception. You will receive a text message informing you when your items are ready to be picked up.
Or
Register to have your items available to be picked up any time of the day from our dispensing robot located outside the Pharmacy.
You may choose to pick the medications from our 24/7 dispenser located outside the Pharmacy. We are very excited to offer this service which allows you to pick up the items any time of the day or night from one of the 2 kiosks labelled A and B. You need to register for the service by filling in the form- we will upload your medication and you will receive a 4 digit code on your mobile. You will be given a 2 day window to pick up the items with one reminder 24 hours first message, If you have not picked up after 48 hours, the items will be returned to our electronic retrieval system for you to pick up from the reception.
If you would like to register for the 24/7 dispenser, please complete and submit the form. We will make a note of your choice on your records therefore we would like you to inform us if you change your preference.

Royal Mail Tracked Deliveries
Choosing to have your medication delivered by Royal Mail Tracked delivery service.
Even though NHS Prescriptions are normally affordable and sometimes free of charge, the process of picking up your prescription, taking it to the pharmacy, and paying for it can be tiresome if done regularly.
We are very excited to have negotiated a subsidised rate for delivery of medication for all our customers with Royal Mail tracked deliveries
Currently, all housebound patients who have deliveries from Graham Young Pharmacy will continue to receive them by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.
However, for those patients who would like to have medications by mail for convenience, we are able to offer deliveries at a subsidised rate anywhere in the city.
How much does this service cost?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer these deliveries free, but need to pass the charges to the customer. Deliveries of your regular medication can be arranged for 3 pounds for 48 hours tracked Royal Mail service and 4 pounds for Royal Mail 24 hours tracked service
How do I subscribe for the service?
We would like you to register for the delivery service by completing the subscription form. Choose a yearly subscription of 36 pounds to set up 12 deliveries for the year for 48 hours tracked Royal Mail delivery.

Please fill in the form for a 12 month 12 deliveries subscription for 24 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery for a 48 Pounds charge.
We will upload the information on your records once we receive the completed subscription and payment and after that, make sure you receive your medications by post regularly.

How the Prescription Delivery Service works
You’ll first need to make sure your prescription comes to us by nominating our pharmacy. You can do this by downloading the MedAdvisor App and then selecting our pharmacy or choosing the Nominate your Pharmacy button on the NHS App, alternatively ask at reception and one of our Pharmacy assistants will help you to nominate the Pharmacy. Once this is done, you can order your prescriptions through the App or by getting in touch with us here. If you need it delivered, you’ll just need to inform us in your enquiry.
Deliveries will take up to a week after requesting, so please order early.
Graham Young’s prescription delivery service is currently available on request.

Delivery by a Courier
If none of the above options are suitable, maybe you would like a more personalised approach to deliveries, with your friendly driver from the Pharmacy delivering medication to you, then there is another option. You can have a courier delivery for 5 pounds per delivery or an urgent delivery for 7 pounds per delivery.
